Invalid/Insufficient address was made during checkout, can I fix it?Please email me at nicolebartshop@gmail.com ASAP to fix your address, include your Name + Order# in your email. If your package has already been sent, we are no longer responsible and your package will be sent to the address you entered, OR if they are not able to send it they will return your package to me. If the case is that they DO return your package to me, please email me because USPS does not notify their customers on returned packages💌

What is your cancel/refund policy?You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order if it hasn't been shipped yet. To cancel, please email nicolebartSHOP@gmail.com with the subject line "cancel order", your name, and the order # Refunds will be back to the same card you used to purchase your items only if: - canceled orders (package has yet to be shipped out) - a product is damaged on our end (B-Grade/Oopsie products do not count. If USPS caused damages, please contact your local post office) - USPS has MISPLACED/LOST your order during shipment - an invalid address was made during checkout Please email me at nicolebartshop@gmail.com BEFORE your item is shipped and we will gladly refund you. If your item is sent out, it is no longer our responsibility.

How much does shipping cost?Shipping is calculated at checkout. It depends on the final weight of your package and the destination country. You can see the shipping total during checkout before finalizing your order. This cost does not include any customs or duty fees your country may charge.

Where do you ship?I ship to the US, and trying to ship Internationally~ Sadly for UK and AUSTRALIA customers, thanks to Brexit's VAT Policy. And that certain countries are not accepting USPS shipping services. I won't be selling there for some time, I apologize for the inconvience :( (UPDATE 2022): It looks like my local post office DOES take AUS/UK deliveries. It's really strange, but I'll update you if that changes.

My order is incorrect / damaged / missing. What do I do?Incorrect order: Email nicolebartSHOP@gmail.com with the subject line "incorrect item" within 14 days of delivery and we will take care of it. Remember to add your reciept as proof. Damaged order: We are not responsible for damages caused by the post office. If you feel that your item has arrived damaged due to our own error and not that of the post office, please contact us. If your mail courier is responsible for the damage, please contact your local post office. If you choose Priority or Express mail, you can claim the insurance to your local post office to cover the damages. Missing order: If you chose shipping with tracking and you do not receive your package within 2 months, please email nicolebartSHOP@gmail.com and we will replace your missing items if you pay shipping. If your shipping did not include tracking, then we cannot take responsibility for your package.

My card was declined, but I can still see a pending charge (or I was charged twice)"If your card was declined, the declined charge will still show on your account temporarily. It should go away within 24 hours. If not, contact your credit card issuer. If you attempted to use the card again, and the charge went through, then it will look like you've been charged twice. Again, the declined charge will go away within 24 hours.
